Family Medicine-Northeast ConnecticutFQHC is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physicianBase salary $220,000+ Call is 3-4 weeks a year with stipend20-25 patients per day on averageAfter onboarding you have the option of a 4-day work week2 locationsSpanish speaking is a plus for 1 of the locations Sign-on bonus $10,0005 weeks PTO along with 9 paid holidays and 4 days of CMELoan repayment through NHSCFull benefits including retirement, malpractice, life insurance, relocation allowance if applicable and more!Both clinics are located within 30-50 minutes to Hartford and 1.5-2 hours of BostonInternational airport located in Warwick, Rhode Island and Hartford, CT (both are within 1 hour and 10 minutes of the further clinic)J1 and H1B visa sponsorships available (H1B cap exempt)
