Prashant Mital, Applied AI Lead, OpenAIWhat You'll Be DoingWe're looking for a Revenue Operations Leader to build, lead, and scale the rev ops function at Basis. You'll hire and develop a team across the core pillars of rev opssystems & data, analytics & insights, process & enablement, and commissionswhile maintaining hands-on ownership of strategy and execution as we grow. You'll partner directly with the CEO and go-to-market leadership to design the infrastructure and operating cadence that powers our commercial organization.Build & Lead The Rev Ops TeamRecruit, hire, and develop a high-performing rev ops team across systems administration, data/analytics, deal desk, and commissionsSet team priorities, define roles, and establish career paths as the function scalesCreate a culture of rigor, speed, and cross-functional partnershipSet GTM Strategy & Operating CadencePartner with CEO and Sales/Marketing leadership on segmentation, territory design, pipeline health, and forecastingTranslate company growth targets into quarterly and annual GTM operating plans with clear goals and leading indicatorsOwn Systems & DataOwn and optimize the GTM stack (Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, automation platforms)Build dashboards and analytics that leadership and teams trust for decision-makingDesign integrations and workflows to maintain clean, reliable data across toolsDrive Execution & AlignmentBuild and maintain integrations and automation to increase rep productivityStandardize lead-to-customer lifecycle and implement scalable pipeline governanceDocument processes and ensure cross-functional teams adopt changes with measurable outcomesLocation: NYC, Flatiron office.
