Role Description This full-time, on-site role is as a Customer Service Representative based in Greater Houston. In this role, you will interact with clients to provide exceptional support, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer questions, managing orders, addressing concerns, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance overall customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in building positive relationships with clients and maintaining the company's commitment to excellence. Qualifications Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and managing Customer SatisfactionDemonstrated skills in enhancing Customer Experience and delivering exceptional serviceStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) toolsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or business are a plus
