This role will own delivery of a multi-year program involving migration of 100M+ documents, new platform implementation (OpenText), and ongoing system enhancements.What You’ll Be DoingOwn the end-to-end program roadmap and executionLead 20+ concurrent initiatives/workstreamsOversee large-scale system migrations + new tool implementationManage cross-functional dependencies across business, tech, and vendorsAlign stakeholders on priorities, impact, and rollout strategyTrack program health, manage risks, and handle escalationsSupport ongoing enhancements post-implementationWhat They’re Looking For (Key Focus Areas)Experience leading enterprise-wide programs (not single systems or smaller projects)Proven track record managing highly complex, large-scale transformationsMultiple systemsMultiple workstreams (10–20+)High-volume data migrationsAbility to own both strategy + execution (roadmap + delivery)Strong mix of technical program experience and business leadership (50/50)Experience working across internal teams + external vendorsNice to HaveECM / CCM experience (OpenText or similar)Insurance or regulated industry backgroundPMP or similar certification
