Team members work at the intersection of AI, commerce, and digital experiences, contributing to technology that reshapes how brands and consumers interact worldwide.Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer Intern at GenPark, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components of our agentic discovery platform. On a typical day, you will assist with building user interfaces, integrating APIs, implementing server-side logic, and collaborating with senior engineers on new features and technical improvements. You will participate in code reviews, write and refine documentation, debug issues, and contribute to testing to ensure performance, security, and reliability. This is a full-time hybrid role based in San Jose, CA, with the flexibility to work from home on agreed-upon days while attending on-site sessions for collaboration, mentorship, and team meetings.Qualifications Foundational skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with interest in working across the entire application lifecycle.Experience or coursework in Front-End Development, including building responsive user interfaces and working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.Exposure to Back-End Web Development, such as building APIs, working with databases, and implementing server-side logic.Proficiency with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create clean, accessible, and consistent user experiences.Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback and mentorship.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teammates, and manage time effectively.Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
