Senior RF Technician

MISSION: The Senior Radio Frequency (RF) Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and testing a wide range of RF and digital systems, subsystems, and components. This position requires the ability to work independently and take high-level direction from engineers to achieve results in an engineering environment and the ability to respond quickly to customer needs and maintain flexibility while still achieving quality outputs. YEAR 1 ACCOUNTABILITIES AND METRICS: Develop soldering skills Metric: Obtain J-STD-001 Certification Have a working knowledge of various RF and other electronic test equipment Metric: Lecture and demonstration on test equipment to CTO Efficiently test and troubleshoot new circuit designs Metric: Identify 1 monthly example to supervisor Mentor less experienced technicians Metric: Identify 3 monthly examples to supervisor Salary Range: $60K - $80K annually  U.S. Citizenship is a requirement.
