The Senior Swimwear Designer will be responsible for managing the design process from ideation to final product, including trend research, sketching, creating technical packages, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives. The role also involves collaborating with technical team partners, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining awareness of market trends to drive innovation in design and material selection.QualificationsStrong expertise in swimwear design, including sketching, fabric selection, and creating technical designsComprehensive knowledge of trend forecasting and market analysisExperience managing design projects and ensuring key deadlines are metProficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopExcellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamworkStrong product presentation skills with focus on collaborating with brands to bring product to lifeA customer-focused mindset with the ability to align designs with brand and consumer expectationsBachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field is required5-10 years previous experience in swimwear design is preferred
