Assistant General Manager

Position Summary:The assistant manager directly assist the GM and to ensure the studio follows set procedure to help the success of the studio. The job reports directly to the GM and provides assistance as needed to all aspect of the studio from front desk, sales, fitness training and customer service. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations of the SPENGA studio, from maintaining the books to the development and promotion of the SPENGA brand.Qualifications:Strong management and leadership abilitiesAbility to create a successful environment for staff and clientsPrevious sales experience required; fitness industry or high-ends goods & services preferredWillingness to learn.
