Executive Assistant
Entertainment client is seeking an Executive Assistant to work with their team. This contract role will require 40 hours/week for 3-months (extending to the end of June 2026). You will be required to be onsite 5 days/week in New York from 9am to 6pm EST.MUST HAVE: -Prior entertainment industry experience-2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within large, complex organizations-Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly with excellent attention to detail-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills-Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar) MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), calendar management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom)-Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills-Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams and external partners-High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion-Ability to work independently and anticipate needs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentWHAT YOU'LL DO: -Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones-Prepare and coordinate logistics for meetings-Screen and prioritize incoming communications (calls, mail) and respond or delegate as appropriate-Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality-Facilitate communication and collaboration across executive leadership teams as needed-Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity-Exercise sound judgment in all communications and decision-making.-Ensure the Executive office runs smoothly and is equipped for daily operations-Liaise with IT, HR, Legal, and other corporate functions as needed-Assisting with specialized projects, such as event coordination for June 3-4 Streaming Finance Annual Meeting-Manage special projects and other duties as assignedNICE TO HAVE: -Experience working with C-Suite Executives-Ability to lift 10 pounds
