Most of our clients use insurance, and we are building a model that works inside that reality: accessible, clinically serious, structured, and sustainable.Our work is focused, practical, deeply relational, and supported by modern clinical tools.About the RoleOtherKind is hiring a New York licensed psychologist for a part-time, fully remote 1099 contract role.This is not a generic contractor role where you take referrals and disappear. The right person will build a consistent remote caseload, learn the OtherKind model, use supported documentation workflows, and provide thoughtful care to high-capacity clients.The first responsibility is clinical execution: see clients, document clearly, communicate reliably, and help clients make real progress.As the practice grows, you can contribute to training, onboarding, clinical systems, or leadership.Start with the caseload. Earn the leadership lane.Technology and Admin SupportOtherKind uses multiple HIPAA-compliant clinical tools to make care cleaner, faster, and more organized.You should be very comfortable learning and using new clinical tools.
