Business Manager for Law Crossing- Remote Position
Overview We are looking for a candidate for a remote position with experience that encompasses Operations, Marketing, Tech & Customer Service Management, with knowledge of the legal field. This position would manage strategic partnerships, which involves establishing relationships with various businesses we work with, identifying new potential business partners, and analyzing the effectiveness and results from existing partnerships. Candidates will also be responsible for allocating the annual partnership budget, determining strategies for increasing results, and understanding the overall business objectives. Candidate must be tech driven and able to collaborate with IT team on website redesign and on improvement suggestions for the site. Candidate will be working with job boards and other employment-related partners, and our focus is on the legal industry, so a legal background or law school education is preferred.
Responsibilities
Plan and launch partnerships and strategies that help generate revenue and increase engagement
Develop and manage the business partnership process
Collaborate with management to implement the company\'s goals
Suggest new business partnerships, review agreements, and negotiate pricing
Understand and utilize data analytics
Establish efficient feedback processes
Qualifications
3-5 years or more working as a Strategic Partnership Manager (we are willing to train motivated candidates who meet other requirements and/or have equivalent experience)
J.D. preferred (do not need to be admitted to the bar)
Ability to learn and understand technical concepts
Strong analytical skills, with a willingness to dive deeper into data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with managing SaaS products is a plus
Excitement about the legal and employment industries and how they are evolving
Salary: Flexible depending on experience
