As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.Your Key ResponsibilitiesComplete 8,000 hours between the College Program and on-the-job training (OJT) in our manufacturing facilitiesAssists with monthly preventative maintenance on machines and equipmentRepair and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems and update existing equipmentDrive Technical Improvement activities as prioritized by production management and defined by Process Engineering (scrap, efficiency, utilization, quality, cost, cycle time)Support small improvements related to quality, costs, logistics and motivationReduce direct expenses by standardizing and optimizing tooling and machine componentsAdheres to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices including 5-S standardsKnow and understand the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures, and the Safety and Environmental Policy and Procedures and contributes to the achievement of these objectivesSuccessfully complete, to the Company’s specification, courses of study required for the Industrial Maintenance CertificationYour QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDSuccessful completion of the Compass Placement Test (required for school admission)Ability to move or lift 35 poundsApplicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorshipAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
