The organization is design-driven, stable, and committed to long-term investment in the region.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of a $150M ground-up luxury residential project, from pre-construction through turnover.Manage project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting to ensure alignment with developer goals.Oversee all GC, subcontractor, and consultant coordination - ensuring quality, safety, and design intent are executed at the highest standard.Run weekly OAC meetings, manage site teams, and drive accountability across all project stakeholders.Implement risk management protocols, proactively identify issues, and maintain schedule integrity.Review drawings, lead value engineering, and support procurement for high-end materials and finishes.Collaborate closely with ownership, design partners, and construction leadership to deliver a premium, best-in-class final product.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
