Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Carrier Sales Representative located in Gainesville, GA. As a Carrier Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining carrier relationships, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery of freight. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding carriers, managing carrier performance, tracking shipments, resolving transportation issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also contribute to the company’s profit goals by maximizing operational efficiency and cost management. Qualifications Proficiency in logistics, freight brokerage, and carrier negotiationStrong customer service and relationship management skillsExperience in shipment tracking and resolving transportation issuesCapability to analyze and negotiate competitive carrier ratesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in using transportation management systems and related softwareAbility to work collaboratively within a high-performing sales teamPreferred: Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industryEducational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
