Litigation Paralegal (Probate/Trust and Estate Controversy) - Chicago, IL

Clark Hill PLC is seeking a paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join the Litigation business unit in the Chicago, IL office. This paralegal position will be focused on trust, estate, and probate administration and disputes. Responsibilities for this role include managing probate, guardianship, and trust administration files, preparing court filings, communicating with fiduciaries, beneficiaries, clients, and the courts, and supporting litigation matters from intake through resolution. Qualified candidates should possess excellent computer skills, and a high-level attention to detail. Qualified candidates should also possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree or a Paralegal Certificate is required.The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $115,000. Salary is commensurate with experience level. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
