The Line Cook is a self-starter & team player with leadership qualities who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.Excellent organizational skillsDesire to learn about flavors from various ethnic cuisines, such as Asian, Latin, Hawaiian, and Italian, that inspire our contemporary dishesSet up stations with all necessary suppliesHandles, stores, and rotates all products properlyPrepare menu items in cooperation with the greater kitchen.Flexibility to work within all stationsExperience in fry, plancha, poke, garde manger, or expeditorSelf-starter with the capacity to follow through on tasksThe ability to multitask at all points during your workdayAn eagerness to grow as part of a close-knit teamReports all operational needs and equipment or aspects of thekitchen in need of repair or improvement to managementAdditional Pay is bilingual in Spanish & English!Shifts NeededPMSun-Wednesday 6p - 2:30aThursday- Saturday 6p-4:30aAMMon- Sunday 9/10 am to 6/7 pmOrbital Kitchen is an equal opportunity employer.
