Project Manager Building Envelope & Restoration (Commercial Construction) Location:Forestville, MD (Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 remote) Compensation:$100K $130K base + performance bonus The Opportunity Axis Talent Group is partnered with a leading building-envelope and structural-restorationcontractorin the DC market. This is aspecialized, technical positionfocused on diagnosing, managing, and executing complex projects involving: Waterproofing systems Faade and masonry restoration Sealants/air & vapor barriers Epoxy and traffic coatings Structural concrete repair and strengthening What Youll Actually Be Doing Manage multipleactive restoration and envelope projectsacross the DC market Lead projects involvingleak investigation, faade repairs, coatings, and structural fixes Own financial performance: budgets, cost tracking, and change orders Coordinate with field crews, specialty subs, and material vendors Conduct site visits tosolve real-world construction issues , not just track schedules Interface directly with GCs, consultants, and owners What Were Looking For (Non-Negotiables) 3+ years of Project Management experience incommercial construction Direct experience in at least one of the following: Building envelope systems Waterproofing/coatings Masonry or faade restoration Concrete repair or structural strengthening Why This Role Stands Out Work in ahigh-demand niche(restoration + envelope = recession-resistant) Join a company withconsistent growth and a strong backlog Gain deeper technical expertise that increases your long-term market value Clear path to increased responsibility and earnings Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, vision insurance PTO Performance-based bonus structure
