We are committed to driving innovation and exceeding customer expectations in inkjet, visual communications, and robotics.We are currently looking for a people-focused Operations Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift LTL department in a large, fast-paced distribution environment.Employee BenefitsWe offer an outstanding benefits package, including:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance effective Day 1Generous paid time off, including sick time, vacation, and holidays401(k) plan with company matchTuition reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), employee discounts, and much more!What You Will Be DoingAs an Operations Supervisor, you will lead daily operations while developing people and processes:Lead shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy, inventory integrity, and on‑time fulfillment Coach and develop hourly associates through regular feedback, training, and performance conversations Drive continuous improvement initiatives across shipping, receiving, quality, and rework Coordinate inbound and outbound carrier schedules to meet customer delivery expectations Monitor KPIs and communicate performance results to leadership Promote a strong safety culture and enforce security and facility standards Utilize WMS to optimize labor, workflows, and operational outcomes Support and participate in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance and audits Hire, train, and onboard new team members Maintain accurate payroll and labor reporting Collaborate cross‑functionally with peers, managers, and vendors Contribute to tactical and annual operating plans, budgets, and department goals What You Will BringYour background and experience should include:2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environmentExperience with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) preferredFamiliarity with shipping/receiving processes and carrier coordinationStrong people-leadership skills with focus on coaching, accountability and relationship-building. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvementThe starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $70,000 and $80,000 per year. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
