Consumption Lounge Host/Hostess

Host/Hostess Position at Planet 13 Planet 13, a top Las Vegas dispensary, is looking for a part-time host/hostess with open availability. The role involves greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, and escorting guests to lounge seating and bar areas. You should have solid organizational and people skills to ensure a positive lounge experience for our guests. Essential duties include greeting all guests in a friendly manner, providing accurate wait times, cultivating an outstanding customer service experience, maintaining good physical condition to stand and walk throughout the shift, demonstrating knowledge of the lounge menu and products, adhering to state regulations, addressing guest inquiries, ensuring cleanliness, following state and local laws, assessing sobriety levels, seating guests, checking IDs, encouraging walk-in traffic, performing opening and closing procedures, complying with HR policies, assisting with company policies, maintaining a clean work environment, and daily compliance with company policies.
