Project Manager 📍 Downtown Chicago, IL (Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 remote) 🏗️ Fully Integrated Developer (Development | Design | Construction) We’re partnered with one of Chicago’s most reputable and unique developers to find a Project Manager to join their growing team. This firm is a fully integrated platform, bringing development, design, and construction all under one roof—giving you true ownership and visibility across the entire lifecycle of a project. With approximately $100M in annual revenue and a strong pipeline of multi-family, high-rise, and high-end retail/hospitality developments, they are continuing to expand with some very exciting projects on the horizon. You’ll be working out of a brand-new downtown Chicago office with a collaborative, design-driven team and have the ability to stay fully local with Chicagoland-based projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage projects from predevelopment and design through construction and closeout
- Coordinate closely with in-house development, design, and construction teams
- Oversee budgets, schedules, consultants, and contractor relationships
- Drive execution across multi-family, high-rise, and high-end retail/hospitality projects
- Lead meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–10+ years of experience in construction, development, or project management
- Experience with multi-family, high-rise, or high-end retail/hospitality projects
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle
- Ability to operate in a collaborative, integrated environment
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Compensation & Benefits:
