Project Manager 📍 Downtown Chicago, IL (Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 remote) 🏗️ Fully Integrated Developer (Development | Design | Construction)We’re partnered with one of Chicago’s most reputable and unique developers to find a Project Manager to join their growing team.This firm is a fully integrated platform, bringing development, design, and construction all under one roof—giving you true ownership and visibility across the entire lifecycle of a project. With approximately $100M in annual revenue and a strong pipeline of multi-family, high-rise, and high-end retail/hospitality developments, they are continuing to expand with some very exciting projects on the horizon.You’ll be working out of a brand-new downtown Chicago office with a collaborative, design-driven team and have the ability to stay fully local with Chicagoland-based projects.What You’ll Be Doing:Manage projects from predevelopment and design through construction and closeoutCoordinate closely with in-house development, design, and construction teamsOversee budgets, schedules, consultants, and contractor relationshipsDrive execution across multi-family, high-rise, and high-end retail/hospitality projectsLead meetings with internal teams and external stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high level of qualityWhat We’re Looking For:5–10+ years of experience in construction, development, or project managementExperience with multi-family, high-rise, or high-end retail/hospitality projectsStrong understanding of the full project lifecycleAbility to operate in a collaborative, integrated environmentStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsCompensation & Benefits:💰 Base salary up to $150,000 + bonus🌴 Unlimited PTO (15-day minimum encouraged annually)🏥 Strong healthcare benefits💼 401(k) with company match🏢 Brand-new downtown Chicago office🏠 Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office / 2 remote)📍 All Chicagoland projects – no travel requiredIf you’re looking to work on design-driven, high-profile developments in a fully integrated environment where you can truly impact projects from start to finish, this is a standout opportunity.
