Customer Service And Hr CoordinatorPosition SummaryCicoil, a leading manufacturer of flexible flat cables and cable assemblies, is seeking a Customer Service and HR Coordinator to support both customer service and human resources functions at our Valencia, CA facility. Founded in 1956, Cicoil has built a strong reputation for delivering high-performance cable solutions used in mission-critical applications across a wide range of industries. Our patented extrusion process and proprietary Flexx-Sil material enable the production of highly durable, flexible cables designed to withstand extreme environments and demanding operating conditions.This role plays a key part in supporting daily business operations by managing customer order entry, maintaining accurate system data, coordinating customer requests, and assisting with HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee support. Cicoil's fast-paced, high-performance environment requires a candidate who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling high-volume administrative responsibilities.Working closely with internal teams, this position helps ensure the timely delivery of both standard and custom-engineered cable solutions, often manufactured and shipped within industry-leading turnaround times. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining Cicoil's commitment to quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction, while also supporting a positive and efficient workplace for employees.Minimum QualificationsEducation:High school diploma or GED requiredAssociate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferredExperience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, customer service support, or HR coordination rolesExperience in a manufacturing environment preferredExperience with data entry, order processing, or HR administrative support strongly preferredFamiliarity with ERP (e.g., Epicor), CRM, and/or HRIS systems highly desiredKnowledge:Basic understanding of order processing and administrative workflowsFamiliarity with ERP, CRM, or HRIS systemsGeneral awareness of HR processes (onboarding, payroll, benefits) preferredSkills:Strong attention to detail and accuracyFluent in English and SpanishExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage high-volume administrative tasksStrong communication skills and responsivenessAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationProficiency in data entry and system navigationJob ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Administrative SupportEnter and process customer orders accurately in ERP systems (e.g., Epicor)Update and maintain customer records, portals, and order dataAssist with order tracking, shipment updates, and customer requestsMonitor backlog reports and communicate updates to internal teamsSupport general customer service inbox and route inquiries appropriatelyCommunicate with English- and Spanish-speaking customers as neededData Management & CoordinationEnsure accuracy and completeness of data across ERP, CRM, and internal systemsPerform high-volume data entry and updates with strong attention to detailAssist in generating reports and tracking order or operational metricsCoordinate between departments to ensure timely processing of requestsHR Coordination & Administrative SupportAssist with job postings, candidate coordination, and interview schedulingSupport onboarding processes, including documentation and new hire setupMaintain employee records and update HRIS systemsAssist with timekeeping and payroll preparation processesProvide general administrative support to HR functionsEmployee & Benefits SupportRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR processes, benefits, and policiesAssist with benefits administration and documentationProvide bilingual support to Spanish-speaking employeesSupport employee communications and HR-related documentationCompliance & General SupportMaintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance requirementsAssist with safety documentation, incident tracking, and required postingsProvide translation support for HR and operational communications as neededOther DutiesPerform clerical and administrative tasks as neededSupport cross-functional projects and team initiativesAssist other departments with day-to-day administrative needsOther responsibilities, initiatives, and ad-hoc projects as required.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
