Quality Assurance Lead

Job SummaryAs a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for applications used by our client advisory teams. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with a cross-disciplinary team of developers, business analysts, quality assurance analysts and end users in an environment where he/she can make a material impact using a variety of testing. This role requires working across our integrated systems to support our business areas efficiently. This position is focused on developing and executing quality tests. This is a hybrid position that will require 3 days a week in our Woodbridge office.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership on projectsCreate test strategy and approachDevelop, maintain, and operationalize test plansReview Business requirements and identify gapsMonitor project status and prepare reportsWork closely with QA manager on allocation of shared resourcesWork closely with QA Automation team to identify and build test automationMentor and guide QA analystsQualificationsBachelor's degreeA passion for testing and keeping up on new testing techniquesExperience with different software development methodologiesExperience with test management toolsExperience with test automation toolsDesire to work in a highly collaborative team environmentOrganizational skills (able to handle multiple priorities)Self-motivated and deadline focusedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly proven analytical skillsetMinimum 5 years relevant experienceOne Or More Of The Following Desired Technical SkillsPlaywright, Typescript, JavascriptAPI automationSQLBelow Experience a PlusInteroperability testingTestCompleteZephyr EnterpriseJiraISTQB ATAISTQB TAEISTQB ATMThe base salary range for this position is $135,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. In addition, this position may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, and other compensation programs as applicable.
