The company also excels in many other types of reinforced plastics including interior sandwich panels for creating structures such as aircraft galleys and bulkheads, honeycomb core and related products.The Gill Corporation is seeking an SAP PP/MM Manager to coordinate and execute cross module production support, business process modeling and enhancement, user training and participate in project implementation to support business growth.Reporting to the VP of IT and Information Security, the duties and responsibilities include the following.ResponsibilitiesProject ImplementationResponsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regarding SAP Production Planning and Quality Management and ability to handle Production Planning processes.Communicate with key stakeholders to gather requirements for the business process flow, translate them into system requirements.Configure the system according to business requirements/scenarios.Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint, convey and present them to the client.Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD/BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.Ability to configure SAP PP and deliver work products/packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements. Strong configuration hands-on experience in SAP PP.Integration of the PP/QM module with other SAP modules and with external applications.Prepare functional specifications and authorization matrix. Maintain close communication with technical team and users to resolve any design issue.Assist users to identify business scenarios for system testing, document testing scenarios, guide and work with users to identify and resolve issues during system test.Coordinate all activities during system implementation.Coordinate and conduct training to key users.Production SupportTroubleshoot application issues raised from users. Establish priority and develop solution.Document and analyze support tickets in responsible area. Develop plan for business improvement.Business Process Modeling and EnhancementPropose process and system flow that can streamline the business process and improve efficiency.Develop deep business process understanding in responsible area, provide IT solutions to fit business needs.Improve and enhance the quality of data in the system. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience in SAP as an analyst in PP/APO modules.Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in manufacturing industry.Experience with at least 2 full life cycles of project implementation (SAP S/4 preferred).SAP PPDS Experience highly desired.Experience with SAP IBP highly desired.Understand business needs and identify solutions. Able to demonstrate an understanding of how SAP solution meets customer requirement.Team player with positive and pro-active attitude.
