LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in John Day, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 9 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Position Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Education: BSN not required License: OR (Oregon) RN License required at submission Certifications: BLS (AHA) required Work Schedule Requirements Shift: Days Shift Structure: 4x9-hour shifts (36 hours per week) Shift Length: 9 hours Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week On-Call Requirement (Mandatory): 16 hours on weeknights 24 hours per day on weekends Clinical & Technical Requirements Must be comfortable working in both Home Health and Hospice settings Expected to manage 6–9 patients per day (mix of home care and hospice patients) Charting Systems: Cerner (Home Care patients) Kinnser-Wellsky (Hospice patients) TruBridge – Evident Additional Requirements Must be willing to provide care in patients’ homes Must be comfortable with driving between patient locations Facility provides 4 department-owned vehicles for daily use Call requirement must be acknowledged and accepted by all candidates prior to submission.
