This role is responsible for coordinating activities that enable service readiness, including inventory oversight, change management, and project execution. The individual works cross-functionally with Service, Supply Chain, Quality, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of resources, improve process efficiency, and maintain operational alignment. Additionally, the role supports ongoing service performance through structured reviews, documentation management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES* Managing spare parts inventory and tooling operationsCoordinating tool calibration and ensuring field engineers have required equipmentProcessing administrative tasks such as ordering, shipping, and tracking tools for engineering teamsPreparing standardized monthly project presentations and facilitating recurring project review meetingsMaintaining consistency in reporting and operational processes across teamsRelying on DRIs (Directly Responsible Individuals) for tracking project ownership and following up on deliverablesSupporting change management activities, including coordinating engineering changes and routing change requests through Windchill AccessRequired Skills and Experience:3-5 years of experience in an analytical or reporting roleProficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointStrong organizational skillsAbility to present and speak clearlyProject management experiencePLM System ManagementWindchill AccessPreferred Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations ManagementExperience with Power BI
