We are on the lookout for motivated leaders with entrepreneurial aspirations and a passion for helping others. Your Role as a Financial Advisor:Act as a trusted coach for military families, creating adaptable financial plans that cater to both short- and long-term goals. Assist families in managing their finances, building assets, and securing themselves against unforeseen challenges. Engage with the community to attract new clients, with support from our local district teams and administrative office. Collaborate with local military organizations, units, and support institutions to enhance community ties. Guide military families in developing a comprehensive financial strategy involving: Savings and banking Investments and wealth management Insurance and risk management What We Provide:A tailored training program designed to guide veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses on their path to becoming successful Financial Advisors. Support in obtaining full registration and licensing, including assistance with SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses. Opportunities to join a paid training program at a local district office following successful licensing. Your salary will start with an hourly wage for the first three months, transitioning to a salaried role with incentives thereafter. Career Development After Training:Upon completing the training program, you may have the chance to work as an independent contractor, giving you freedom over your career trajectory and compensation based on your achievements.
