Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Lead / Senior Workday Integration Developer with strong expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade integrations. This role requires hands-on experience in building scalable integrations, transforming data, and ensuring secure and reliable data exchange across systems.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of experience in Workday Integration developmentStrong hands-on experience with:Workday StudioCore ConnectorsEnterprise Interface Builder (EIB)Expertise in XML, XPath, XSLT, and MVELExperience with Document Transformation (XTT/ETV)Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data transformationExperience with SFTP, file-based integrations, and secure data exchangeProficiency in debugging, logging, and troubleshooting integrationsPreferred SkillsExperience with Workday modules such as:CompensationPayrollBenefitsKnowledge of Workday web services (SOAP/REST)Exposure to integration lifecycle management and release processesStrong stakeholder communication and solution design experience
