We partner with clinics and pharmacies to ensure effective medication distribution. RoundtableRx accepts donations of unused and unexpired medications from healthcare facilities, long-term care entities, pharmacies, and individuals to fulfill its mission of enhancing continuity of care.Role DescriptionThis is a casual position, with a minimum of 4 hours per pay period. The Pharmacy Technician supports the day-to-day operations of RoundtableRx’s pharmacy, helping to ensure medications are safely and efficiently received, inventoried, and dispensed. This position is ideal for a licensed pharmacy technician who enjoys hands-on operational work in a mission-driven environment. Working under the direction of the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), the Pharmacy Technician plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and supporting medication fulfillment. This role focuses on internal pharmacy workflows and does not include vendor or partner relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesPharmacy Operations Support Assist with daily pharmacy workflows including medication intake, inventory management, and order fulfillmentTrack and remove expired medications (expiration pulls)Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with compliance requirementsSupport logistics and paperwork associated with outgoing and incoming medication ordersCollaborate with the operational team to ensure workflows are efficient and compliantQualificationsProficiency in Inventory Control, including tracking and maintaining medication stock levelsStrong Customer Service skills with the ability to provide clear and empathetic communicationValid MN Pharmacy Technician licenseExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with regulatory compliance in the pharmacy industry is a plusA commitment to the mission of providing safe and affordable medication to those in need
