Suite BusserSalary Range $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly Position Type Part TimeDescriptionSUMMARY: The Suite Busser works in cooperation with the Suite Attendant to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external Suite guests. Suite Bussers are responsible for set-up, delivery of all Suites food and beverage, assisting the Suite Attendant in serving guests and bussing tables and counters in Suites, removing all used food service dishes from the Suite. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWorks with the Suite Attendant to deliver first class customer service to all guests in the Luxury SuitesEnsure all Suite special requests and needs are met and communicated to managementAbility to set-up Suite events with attention to service details and departmental standards.Ability to meet Suite service standards including, but not limited to, bussing, food handling and food safety, Suite deliveriesThoroughly break-down and clean-up all equipment and supplies following Suite events, ensuring proper care and storage of all equipment, supplies, food and beverage.Responsible for timely delivery of items to Suite Guests that include; food, beverage, dessert cart, small wares and Stadium giveawaysWork closely with Pantry expeditor to adhere to quality controls, customer service standards and Suite Attendant supportComplete all other duties as required by business or as instructed by managementSpecial projects and assignments as business dictatesSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no supervisory responsibilitiesSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of experience in high volume catering or full-service dining preferredKnowledge of food service and table standards preferredMaintain a professional demeanor and appearanceOrganized and attentive to detailAbility to effectively communicate in English, written and verbalAbility to work as a team member in a diverse environment18 years of age or olderFlexible schedule; nights, weekends and holidays may be requiredAbility to fully commit to all home football games and other full stadium eventsPHYSICAL DEMANDSAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to repeatedly move a minimum of 50 poundsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsWORK ENVIRONMENTDensely populated on event dayFast-paced work environmentThe noise level in the work environment is usually loud on event daysCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSNone RequiredOTHER DUTIES Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
