Trade Show Marketing Specialist
This role reports to the Associate Director, Global Marketing, and works closely with Marketing, Sales, Professional Education, and external vendors.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesTradeshow & Booth Kit Ownership (Primary Focus)You will be the single point of ownership for PRS tradeshow logistics, responsible for the full lifecycle of booth kits and materials, including:Creating, organizing, labeling, and maintaining all PRS tradeshow booth kitsOrdering, assembling, resetting, and replenishing booth kits after each eventCoordinating and communicating shipping, tracking, delivery timelines, and return logisticsEnsuring booths are fully conference‑ready: correct assets, condition, quantities, and brandingMaintaining inventory accuracy and storage organizationProactively identifying gaps, risks, or improvements and fixing them before they become issues
