While we value experience, candidates with 15+ years must be comfortable in a stable, hands-on Generalist role without immediate upward ascension.Industry Background: Prior experience in an industrial, construction, or shop environment is strongly preferred.Bilingualism: Absolute fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS platforms (eBacon experience is a significant plus).Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience is highly valued.Certifications: PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certifications are a "plus," but we prioritize local labor law knowledge and customer service mindset.Work Environment & Schedule100% On-Site: This role requires a physical presence to support the shop floor. No hybrid/remote options are available.Flexible Start Times: Our shop floor starts as early as 4:00 AM. We offer flexible scheduling to align with these hours (e.g., an early start to meet the crew, or a traditional 8:00–5:00 shift).Culture: We operate under the "4H" Core Values: Happy, Hungry, Hardworking, and Honorable. Why Apply? This is a critical role in a stable, 50-year-old company that treats its employees like family. If you have "thick skin," a servant-leader mindset, and a passion for supporting the backbone of American industry, we want to talk to you.
