Sr. Human Resources Generalist

JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is hiring an HR Manager for one of our non-profit clients. This individual will serve as the sole HR representative for the organization and will be responsible for managing all human resources functions end-to-end. This role will work closely with leadership and administrative staff to support daily operations and employee needs.Key Responsibilities:• Lead onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation processes• Administer employee benefits and serve as the point of contact for benefits questions• Handle employee relations issues and staff grievances• Maintain HRIS records within BambooHR• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE3+ years of experience with HR operationsHands-on experience using BambooHR Strong knowledge of: Employee onboarding and offboardingBenefits administrationEmployee relations and staff grievancesHR compliance and confidential recordkeepingAbility to pass a Level 2 Background CheckExcellent discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive informationThe compensation for this role is from $70k - $85k
