Medical Technologist Location: Aberdeen, WA Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $1,382 to $1,582 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/19/2026 About the Position Jackson HealthPros is hiring a Clinical / Medical Laboratory Scientist (formerly Medical Technologist) to perform diagnostic testing on patient samples and analyze test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits to aid physicians in the diagnosis or monitoring of various disease states. Minimum Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field as required by individual clients. Valid ASCP or AMT certification required. In licensure states, Laboratory Licensure in appropriate specialty for the department or location assignment as applicable to the state. 1 year of experience as a CLS / MLS / Medical Technologist. BLS certification. Current state Clinical Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Technician license as required by Washington state for the assignment. (Client requires current license.) Experience with Cobas, Sysmex, Stago, Blood Bank, Urinalysis, and limited Microbiology. National MLT certification preferred. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Name: Nights. Shift Schedule: Night shift 2100-0730. Shift Pattern: 4x10. Shift Hours: 2100 to 0730. Position requires experience with specialized laboratory instrumentation (Cobas, Sysmex, Stago) and blood bank procedures.
