In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, QA leads, and engineering colleagues to elevate our software offerings to new heights. Your expertise will directly influence our product development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable client-facing features. This role offers a unique chance to make a tangible impact on our clients' success while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.QualificationsProficiency in at least one object-oriented or general-purpose programming language such as C#, Java, Python, or PHP.Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and proven design patterns, including caching, full-text search, machine learning, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.Experience with integration techniques such as REST APIs and familiarity with AWS services like S3, RDS, Elastic Cache, Route53, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Step Functions, and Textract.Hands-on experience with web technologies including ASP.NET MVC, Laravel framework, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript, and React.Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Bitbucket, Docker Containers, and Terraform.Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, including SCRUM practices, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospection.Proven ability to mentor and influence engineering teams, participate actively in technical and business design reviews, and manage stakeholder expectations through a data-driven approach.Experience with automated testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, regression, performance, and load testing.ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert on front-end architecture, service-oriented middleware, data modeling, and database design to guide technical decisions and best practices.Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy to support the scaling of our software infrastructure in response to growing business demands.Take end-to-end ownership of technical design, full-stack development, testing, and support for client-facing features, ensuring seamless integration with third-party products and libraries.Improve development velocity by enhancing code quality, reducing technical debt, and creating reusable components and frameworks that facilitate horizontal scaling.Mentor engineers, QA team members, and product managers throughout all phases of product lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and iteration.Participate in business and technical design reviews, fostering collaboration and consensus among stakeholders.Drive the adoption of best practices in testing, automation, and continuous integration, ensuring reliable and high-performing software releases.Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance our product offerings.BenefitsWe offer comprehensive benefits coverage including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans, along with commuter benefits to support your daily commute.
