Temporary Administrative ProfessionalThe Client Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (PRS) Platform team, based in Warwick, RI, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Professional to serve as the operational backbone for our regional tradeshow presence. This role owns end-to-end management of all PRS sales materials, non-sterile samples, and tradeshow booth kits, ensuring Client shows up to every meeting, congress, and event flawlessly prepared.This is an ideal role for a highly organized, proactive, resourceful administrative professional who loves ownership, problem-solving, and being trusted with real responsibility. You won't just support the teamyou will run a critical function that enables commercial success, field engagement, and brand excellence.This role reports to the Associate Director, Global Marketing, and works closely with Marketing, Sales, Professional Education, and external vendors.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesTradeshow & Booth Kit Ownership (Primary Focus)You will be the single point of ownership for PRS tradeshow logistics, responsible for the full lifecycle of booth kits and materials, including:Creating, organizing, labeling, and maintaining all PRS tradeshow booth kitsOrdering, assembling, resetting, and replenishing booth kits after each eventCoordinating and communicating shipping, tracking, delivery timelines, and return logisticsEnsuring booths are fully conference-ready: correct assets, condition, quantities, and brandingMaintaining inventory accuracy and storage organizationProactively identifying gaps, risks, or improvements and fixing them before they become issuesThis role ensures Client PRS always shows up prepared, professional, and on brand.Marketing & Commercial Administrative SupportUnder the guidance of the Global Marketing team, you will also:Support execution of PRS marketing programs and commercial activities aligned with the Global Platform Communications StrategyOrganize, store, and distribute marketing collateral and non-sterile samplesAssist with meeting planning, vendor coordination, quote collection, and PO requestsSupport Professional Education events and field engagement initiativesHelp coordinate materials for conferences, regional meetings, and sales programsSupport quarterly business reviews and internal marketing initiatives as neededWhat Makes This Role GreatReal ownership you own a critical operational functionVisibility & trust your work directly impacts field teams and brand perceptionFast-paced, hands-on environment perfect for someone who likes to stay busy and solve problemsHighly collaborative work with marketing, sales, education, and external partnersPride in execution when events run smoothly, it's because of youThis is not a passive administrative role it's for someone who likes to run things, improve systems, and take pride in operational excellence.Ideal Candidate ProfileExemplary communication and follow-through skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and dependableComfortable managing multiple moving parts and deadlinesResourceful, proactive, and solutions-focusedSelf-motivated, ability to work independentlyEnjoys logistics, inventory management, and hands-on coordinationTakes pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes
