RN / Associate Director of Nursing Services

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT Your Role Establishes and maintains systems to ensure compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) standards and State of Florida licensure standards. Promote a consistent, consolidated direction for nursing care provision throughout nursing service in accordance with nursing service's philosophy and the hospital's and BHC services' missions. Manages departmental budgetary responsibilities. Responsible for all BHC nursing and technician staff functions. Collects, analyzes, and reports quality data. Performs other duties. Reports To: Dir/Inpatient Services (job code (JC): 110101 Supervises: RN [Registered Nurse]/Nurse Manager (JC: 031001), Administrative Coordinator (JC: 060206), and RN/Assistant Nurse Manager (JC: 030303) WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY Required Education Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in nursing from a program accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) Required Experience Four (4) years progressively responsible nursing administration experience Required Certification/License/Registry: Licensed as an RN in accordance with Florida Statutes (F.S.), Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 464 (Nursing), Part I (Nurse Practice Act) [includes multistate compact licensure] Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
