Role Description This is a full-time role for a Fiber Sales Executive based in Brookfield, WI. In this role, you will drive sales growth by prospecting, identifying, and securing new business opportunities for our fiber services. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, creating customized solutions to meet their needs, managing the sales process, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initiation to implementation. Qualifications Proven sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing dealsStrong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation capabilitiesExperience in creating tailored solutions based on customer needs and goalsKnowledge of fiber networks, telecommunications, and technology-related salesProficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking softwareAbility to work autonomously in a hybrid environment with a results-driven mindsetExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plusPrior experience in B2B sales or account management in the telecom industry is preferred
