Machine Operator

Job DescriptionThe Machine Operator will primarily work with CNC machines on day shifts, ensuring efficient and safe operation while following guided setup procedures under supervision. This role involves monitoring machine performance, handling materials, and supporting process improvements. Opportunities for cross-training in multiple machines promote skill advancement and career growth.First Shift Position: Schedule 7am - 3:30pmResponsibilitiesSet up CNC machines with supervisor guidanceOperate machinery consistently and safelyFollow all safety compliance protocolsTroubleshoot minor machine issues under supervisionHandle materials and manage inventory levelsMonitor machine process for quality and efficiencyContribute to process improvement initiativesSelect and load the appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and collets required for the CNC program. Calibrate tools to establish proper geometry and wear offsets, ensuring the machine cuts exactly to blueprint dimensions.
