The Banquet Cook is responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food for banquet and catered events while maintaining hotel standards for quality, sanitation, and safety. This entrylevel position supports the culinary team in delivering consistent, timely service for meetings, weddings, conferences, and special events. This is typically a production position that requires total supervision and training.
