Litigation AttorneyLocation: Taunton, MA (Onsite)We’re seeking a senior “plug-and-play” Litigation Attorney to join a well-established law firm supporting a busy litigation team. The ideal candidate will have broad civil litigation experience across a variety of matters and be able to independently manage cases, drive litigation strategy, and contribute immediately in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Role Expectations:Manage a caseload from inception through resolution, including strategy development, filings, and client communicationDraft and argue motions, pleadings, and other legal documentsHandle all phases of discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document reviewRepresent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and arbitrationsCollaborate with attorneys, insurers, and clients on case strategy and trial preparation.Qualifications:JD from an accredited law schoolActive Massachusetts Bar admission (required)7+ years of civil litigation experienceStrong experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositionsExperience handling liability-based cases (general liability, premises, or similar)Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $150,000.
