Role OverviewWe are seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that support business decision-making. This role is responsible for analyzing trends, building reports, and providing data-driven recommendations that improve operational and strategic performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decisionsBuild and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platformsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutionsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation, cleansing, and quality checksPresent findings and insights to management through clear visualizations, reports, and presentationsSupport ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests to drive strategic and operational initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceExperience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar for creating wireframes and mockupsStrong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with data querying and manipulation techniques to extract meaningful insights from structured and unstructured dataPreferred QualificationsExperience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI for building interactive dashboards and reportsWorking knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for data analysis, automation, and statistical modelingExperience handling and analyzing large, complex datasets, with an understanding of data structures, data cleaning, and performance optimizationAnalytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
