With a strong focus on fostering teamwork and personal growth, the camp is dedicated to supporting future leaders and adventurers.Role DescriptionThis is a seasonal, on-site role located at Camp Mack, just outside of Lititz, PA, as an Aquatics Director for our summer camp at Camp Mack. The Aquatics Director will oversee and coordinate all aquatic activities, ensure the safety of campers and staff, instruct swim lessons, and ensure compliance with water safety standards. The role involves managing lifeguard teams, leading swimming programs, and ensuring that all pool and waterfront activities align with camp standards and regulations.Room and board included in this position which runs from mid June until the end of July.QualificationsProficiency in Swim Instruction, and Swimming,Experience in Aquatics and Lifeguarding, with strong knowledge of water safety protocolsCertified Lifeguard (or the ability to obtain certification prior to employment)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsMust be able to attend National Camp School Training for one week prior to start of camp.Candidate may live on property or commute during the season
