Customer Service Rep

New Orleans , LA Order: 1272083 Order Type : Temp We are currently searching for a Client Services Rep to work for a growing company located in New Orleans. The pay is $18 per hour. This is a temporary eight week assignment.Duties of the Client Services Rep include but are not limited to:Providing great customer service via the phone and/or emailIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.Managing client accountsProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.Typing correspondenceGenerating quotesHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.Requirements of the Client Services Rep include but are not limited to:Bachelor's Degree in Business or Science related field preferred2+ years of customer service experience2+ years' experience in office setting preferred.Great customer service skillsProficient in all Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
