Our comprehensive services cover the entire lifecycle of a project, capabilities include electrical construction, service and maintenance, underground, utilities services, renewable energy, and low voltage technology solutions.Consistently recognized as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces!What You Will DoProcess subcontractor related AP Invoices including; obtaining Project Management approval via Smartsheet, invoice entry into our accounting system (Vista)Receive, research and respond to subcontractor payment inquiriesReview and reconcile Subcontractor statementsWeekly review of subcontractor payables to determine which invoices can be paid, based on various criteria and compliance statuses, and coordination with Accounts Payable to issue checksCoordinate subcontract close outs and final invoicing requestsProvide support to all Project Management teams and other Corporate Departments as necessary across all regions of PRIME with regard to Compliance tasksAssist team with inter-departmental distribution of emails to shared in-boxes to ensure efficiency and timely responsesAssist team with processing Customer Qualifications, Customer Contracts, Subcontract issuance, compliance follow-ups, tracking, logging, and filing including but not limited to:Customer Qualifications and all related activitiesCustomer Contracts and all related activitiesSubcontract issuance and all related activitiesCompliance tracking and adherence by sub-tiers and all related activitiesSubcontract invoicing entry (Accounts Payable) and all related activitiesAssist team with various special projectsHigh efficiency and accuracy for necessary Data Entry into Smartsheet and Accounting System (Vista)File, scan, and index all documentation into digital vault system (pVault)Participate in team meetings, collaboration sessions and other inter-company meetings as needed while contributing key information to team membersAdhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practicesMaintain a physical presence onsite and provide assistance to specific groups, managers and project management teams as neededPerform other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without noticeWhat You Will Need To Be SuccessfulFinancial and/or accounting background preferredHigh school diploma or GED1-2 years’ experience in a role focusing on one or more of the following: Contract Administration, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sub-Tier Compliance, Site or Project Coordination; or equivalent combination of education and experienceConstruction industry experience a plusStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively, professionally, and diplomatically interface at all levels (customers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, peers, field personnel, managers, and executives)Strong attention to detailCustomer-focused with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skillsIntermediate to advanced Adobe Acrobat, Blue Beam and Smartsheet skillsSolid organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skillsMust possess a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracyAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentTakes initiative to provide support and all necessary follow-ups and follow-throughs to complete the taskIntuitive nature with an emphasis on furthering efficiencies within the department and PRIMEOur Benefits100% coverage for Medical, Dental, and Vision, including dependents, with no premium cost to the employee401k Program w/ Direct Benefit100% Employer-paid Life InsuranceLong Term DisabilityProfit Sharing and Discretionary Bonus ProgramEducation/ Training Reimbursement BenefitPaid Time off and Holiday Time OffPrime Electric does not engage with or utilize recruiting or placement agencies for any recruiting or hiring needs.
