Coverage Needed: Start Date: 07/09/2026 Schedule: 24 hour call shifts 7am-7am Call Ratio: 10-14 days call coverage per month Specific Date: July 9 (7am) to July 16 (7am) July 29 (7am) to August 5 (7am) August 20 (7am) to August 27 (7am) September 11 (7am) to September 16 (7am) September 28 (7am) to October 2 (7am) October 26(7am) to November 4 (7am) December 16 (7am) to December 23 (7am) Clinical Details: Practice Setting: Hospital Based Rounding Average Number of Cases Per Day: 1 Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2 Number of Operating Rooms: 20 Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Support Staff: Includes 3 PAs Patient Age Demographic: Adult Required Procedures: Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery Procedures Required: CABG, Arterial Revascularization (using internal mammary arteries, radial artery and gastroepiploic artery), Redo Coronary Revascularization (With or Without Heart Valve Surgery) Pericardial Window Heart Valve Repair/Replacement surgery Mitral Valve Repair Locum to Perm option available Requirements: Board Certified Active Ohio License Fellowship Training BLS/ACLS Must be available to cover the dates listed in the job Epic experience - Preferred Self-Query NPDB that has been pulled within 30-days of presentation
