This incumbent will provide oversight to maintain the facilities infrastructure and related assets. Additionally, this role provides leadership for the Maintenance Technicians.Apply today If you are a leader who wants to make a big impact in how we move product and be a part of an organization making a positive difference for our customers, associates, and women around the world.Responsibilities Include Provide an overall strategy and introduce best practices as it relates to maintenance management Responsible for all facilities related activities on all shifts per assigned building Responsible for both routine and non-routine departmental operating procedures and policies as they relate to building, grounds keeping, electrical, HVAC, electronics, material handling and vehicle maintenance Communicate and interact successfully with the Customer daily Secondary cross functional enterprise-wide initiatives and project management as assigned To recommend and /or initiate short term changes to meet long-range goals and objectives Provide required leadership for Maintenance Technicians Identify non-productive situations and seek solutions to problems Analyze job accomplishments and advise key members of the staff on work completed, problem areas and recommend areas for improvement Formulate and manage the department operating budget including related cost tracking, purchase order and invoice approvalClick here for benefit details related to this position.Minimum Salary: $99,400.00Maximum Salary: $134,715.00VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.QualificationsWhat skills to bring to the job: A minimum of four years related experience in management - BS, MBA or graduate degree is a plus A minimum of eight years experience in a related facilities distribution environment Effectiveness in working within a team/matrix organization In-depth familiarity with facility operations and related procedures Strong project management skills with attention to details Working knowledge of PC based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling and other project management tools, and databases General familiarity with Information Systems as related to Maintenance Management, Purchasing and Inventory Requires strong communication Mature, open working style that stimulates a sense of cooperation and ownership, and that produces results Demonstrated diagnostic and problem-solving skills High level of integrity Excellent verbal and written communication skills Structured thinker Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills Detail and precision orientationWe will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
