Design Engineer

Position: Design Engineer - HydraulicsLocation: On-site in Rockford, ILSalary Range: $80K - $125K (DOE)Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of cartridge valves and related hydraulic componentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product performance, manufacturability, and reliabilityApply hydraulic systems knowledge to support broader engineering initiativesCreate detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentationConduct design reviews and support prototype testing and validationProvide technical support to manufacturing and quality teamsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldProven experience in hydraulic design, especially cartridge valvesStrong understanding of hydraulic systems and fluid power principlesProficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsBenefits- Competitive Compensation- Medical- Dental- Vision- Paid Time Off- Paid Holidays
