Technology & Innovation Center LeaderThe Technology & Innovation Center (HTIC) is GE HealthCare's global innovation engine, operating through two major hubs with a highly specialized, multidisciplinary team spanning imaging physics, microelectronics, AI, biosciences, magnetics, robotics, materials science, and advanced system engineering. HTIC's purpose is to drive disruptive innovation that delivers step change performance improvements in current platforms while pioneering next generation and cross segment technologies that lead to new business opportunities. This role serves as a senior technical and strategic leader within HTIC, responsible for shaping and advancing the enabling technology platforms that power GE HealthCare's future.Leading a team of Technology Directors and Senior Principal Scientists, the role drives development of breakthrough capabilities that deliver disruptive innovation and enable segment roadmaps across the company. The leader in this position provides visionary technical direction, organizational leadership, and strategic alignment across HTIC and GE HealthCare. They build deep partnerships across the enterprise to ensure effective program execution, accelerate technology maturation, and cultivate the next generation of scientific and technical leaders.This role plays a central part in enterprise wide initiatives that elevate HTIC's impactsuch as shaping technology strategy, deploying unified visual management systems, and strengthening enterprise talent and capability development. This leader oversees horizontal technology domains including biosciences, AI, microelectronics, power electronics, thermal systems, mechatronics, and sensing technologiesmobilizing a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers. They are accountable for defining and executing cross modal technology roadmaps that align with GE HealthCare's mission, integrate seamlessly with product strategies, and position the company to lead the industry for years to come.
