Join our global community of over 200,000 dedicated employees around the world in driving the transformation of the eyewear and eyecare industry.General Function:Fosters strong relationships with and provides ongoing support to existing customers resulting in loyalty and high customer sales retentionGrows sales revenue within existing customers base through purposeful consultative selling effortsDevelops new business with prospective customersIdentifies areas of improvement to consistently exceed sales quotasImplements and monitors partnership programs with territory based customersUses competitive knowledge on the independent channel of trade to be able to recommend opportunities to gain market shareLiaises between Sales Force and Strategic Partners to maximize opportunities in the fieldOperates as a lead point of contact for matters specific to assigned customersConducts trainings with customers for the purpose of maintaining consistent messagingCollaborates on the business management of Strategic Partnerships within assigned territoryGives presentations on enhanced practice management and market trends to doctors and opticiansSupports promotions (sell in and sell through) to customers by understanding brand and business objectives and incorporating input from Sales, Marketing, and OperationsFosters strong relationships and provides ongoing support to key partners from both Alliance and Buying Groups, specifically ADO Practice SolutionsEnsures timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customers' needs and objectivesIdentifies and grows opportunities within territory and collaborates with sales leadership to ensure growth attainmentBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree5+ years of experience working in an account management function or similar role, preferably in the optical industryOutside sales Territory & Call Cycle Management experienceStrong interpersonal skills and high emotional intellectAttention to details including some data analysisDemonstrated ability to think strategically, yet deliver strong executionStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization as well as with customersStrong initiative and sense of urgency ability to work within the high expectation of the company, team, and vendor partnersAbility to quickly generate and initiate creative solutions to problems as they ariseAbility to solve various types of problems that may involve multiple departments within the CompanyStrong computer skills; Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookWillingness to travel and ability to drive a company automobilePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or similarProfessional outside B2B selling skills in the healthcare arena
